Yoga Jam Classes

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday

6:00 a.m. – 6:45 a.m. EST

​

Think of a full body workout that is a dynamic mash-up of  yoga postures that strengthen and stretch, with cardio to make you sweat—all with a focus to increase energy and endurance. And move your body to some fun world rhythms to make you forget this is exercise at all! These classes can be modified to accommodate most fitness levels.

​

If you can’t make these classes at the designated times, a recording will be provided.

 

 

Weekly 90-minute Zoom Call and Peaceful Yoga to Decompress

Every Wednesday Evening

7-8:30 p.m. EST

​

Join in this call to discuss the Love Yourself Strong topic of the week. Then enjoy a peaceful yoga class with a focus on helping you reduce and manage stress, release tension, facilitate a state of balance in the nervous system and calm the mind.

​

You will leave feeling reconnected to your natural state of peaceful abiding and be ready for a good night’s sleep.

​

The peaceful yoga class is meant for any fitness level.

​

If you can’t make these classes at the designated times, a recording will be provided.

Join a group of health-focused individuals who are also taking the Love Yourself Strong 21-Day Challenge.
