Is the pace of life exhausting you? When you feel overwhelmed by stress it is time to pause and evaluate. This full day retreat is dedicated to creating the time and space you need for renewal and self-care. Tap into nature’s ability to heal and inspire as you spend a full day exploring practical, effective tools that will nourish, replenish and bring you back into your natural state of peace and balance. Invite more calm, centeredness and joy into your life as we explore a deeper connection with each other, with our own hearts and with nature. Research consistently shows the more time you spend outdoors and connect with nature, the more your happiness increases to better regulate stress. Full Day Retreat Includes: Full day spent outdoors Connecting with nature through mindfulness and meditation practices Releasing stress through gentle movement Journaling & Self-Reflection Connection and Safe Conversation Circle Healthy Lunch and Snacks provided This retreat will be held at the Metroparks Hidden Lake Shelter. This site is located on a secluded eight-acre park located at 7024 Kniffen Rd. in Leroy Township- South Entrance. Instructors: Chris Keller & Christine Coolick
