There’s a season for wildness and a season for settledness, and this is neither. This season is about becoming.
A 7-month journey of sacred self-discovery
October 15, 2020 – April 15, 2021
Join a circle of women reconnecting with themselves and each other
You long for the freedom to just be yourself and sing your soul’s song. You long to feel confident and fully expressed. You want to give your gifts to the world and to find the courage to make a change. You yearn to slow down and live a more connected life. You want clarity. You crave sisterhood—a tight-knit group of women who see and embrace all of you, and who hold a soft place to land just for you. A place of love and non-judgement, that is yours to keep forever.
Welcome home, Sister. You are not alone. You have found the right place.
Woman-Becoming is a 7-month journey home to yourself. This program is a blend of personal development, self-love, ancient wisdom practices, sacred community and deep-listening circles. We will meet in circle monthly and explore a curriculum dedicated to the journey of re-becoming, re-learning and embracing again the lost teachings of the Feminine and sisterhood. We will reclaim and define what it is to be a woman standing in her truth and power. This program is only offered once a year and is open to a limited number of women who are willing to dedicate themselves to create a community for each other in support of personal growth and change.
It is our birthright to live from a place of love. We are not here to suffer. We gather together to claim our gifts and share them. There is no one like you out there, the world needs what only you have to offer. When you become clear on who you are in your unique brilliance, you fully awaken your gifts and your purpose. This is a program designed to help you do that.
The Woman-Becoming journey includes:
9 monthly in-person women’s healing circles, with a dedicated group of women who show up once a month in support of one another
Ancient wisdom practices designed specifically for women to return to balance with their inner rhythms
Monthly personalized mentoring check-ins
2 rite of passage ceremonies
Woman-Becoming curriculum + supplemental support work
Surprise goodies mailed to your door

Frequently Asked Questions About Woman-Becoming
What are Deep-Listening Circles?
Deep-listening circles are a sacred, inclusive and safe space, that help us step out of ordinary time and enter an accepting environment to explore our healing. Deep-listening circles are vital to allow for the blossoming and evolution of our physical, emotional and spiritual unfolding to reclaim our most authentic self. The practice is without a fixed goal or metric. Instead it is a process of unraveling, unwinding, trusting and relaxing into the truth, the beauty, the power and the wholeness already inherent within each of us.

“ When you are content to be simply yourself and don’t compare or compete, everyone will respect you.”
– Tao Te Ching
As women we are a mixture of knowing and mystery, we each have a story to tell and in that telling, we can set ourselves and others free. At this first gathering, we suspend time and step into the safe space of being held within a circle of women. In this circle there is nothing to be or to prove. We slow down from the pace of life to reclaim our experience as a radical act of self-love. We allow ourselves to be as we are, without the demands of the outside world. We will learn how to be in circle, and we will lay down our roots to strengthen and grow together. We will learn how deep listening is an essential tool of transformation.
“A woman in harmony with her spirit is like a river flowing. She goes where she will without pretense and arrives at her destination, prepared to be herself and only herself.”
– Maya Angelou
Some of our inner “selves” or voices when left rampant can speak to us far more harshly than we would ever speak to a friend or stranger. Those uncompromising and cruel internal criticisms hinder growth and joy. When we recognize and humanize the inner voices, we are better able to gain clarity about what we really want and how to take ownership of our happiness.
“The wound is the place where the light enters you.”
There are different pieces in each of us that need extra love and mending. During this time together we will explore what fully embodied compassion is, what it feels like, and learn ancient wisdom practices to cultivate more compassion for ourselves and others.
“We accept the love we think we deserve.”
– Stephen Chbosky
When we respect our worth, embrace and celebrate it, we naturally take better care of ourselves and those around us. When we finally give ourselves permission to live the way our heart is aching for, then things begin to shift and change in our life. This does not mean it’s always easy; it means it’s worth it and Sister…YOU. ARE. WORTH. IT!
Becoming on Purpose
“Each time you set a healthy boundary, you say 'yes' to more freedom.”
– Nancy Levine
Sometimes we need a reminder that self-care isn’t selfish. Creating an intentional pause amidst life's chaos can change everything and up-level our connection to joy, vitality and inner-radiance. We will explore what taking responsibility for our own personal wants and needs means, and how contributing collectively to supporting the needs and dreams of others can change things in a big way.
We are told: "You should eat this," "You should do that, "You should be: fill-in-the-blank."
When we make ourselves busy doing all the “shoulds,” we deny ourselves the real food that nourishes our souls. We deny ourselves and others their dreams because we are scared to follow the soft gentle voice inside whispering to us about our gifts and our purpose.
There is a deep inner voice within each of us that knows the way. That voice is courageous and honest, and it won’t lie to you. It will never say 'should' and it is living just under the surface, whispering and daring you to leap into a life of joy, abundance and purpose.
“Only in the fever of creation, could she recreate her own lost life.”
– Anais Nin
“Becoming sacred isn't logical, it's spiritual.”
When you love yourself as sacred, when you accept and make peace with both shadow and light living inside of you, it helps to mend the lost and broken pieces that being human and living life has created. Becoming sacred is about aligning with the bigger rhythms of the heart. It’s about trust and openness. It is about learning how to forgive yourself. When you become sacred, you see and trust the threads and webs that connect us all as a magnificent constellation. When we understand and embrace this, it provides access to the full power and potential within because you realize you are being held and supported. You realize that love and belonging are your birthright. Suddenly your world shifts and you begin to dance in the tears of your soul, and make it a gorgeous stream of life. You begin to learn to swim again in a sea of hope and you realize you are no longer swimming alone.
“No tree, it is said, can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell.”
– Carl Jung
There are in-between places and spaces within us all where we’re not sure if it is night or day, an inhale or exhale, a hope or a hurt, a new beginning or a soft and quiet end. It takes courage and strength and community to embrace all of life's challenges. Sometimes it takes letting the wave crash and being okay with not knowing where the shore begins, and the wave ends. Sometimes closing a door consciously and welcoming the unknown is a first step to something bigger and better and a place without hollow compromises. A place without armor or a mask. A place with freedom to move in different ways and sing new songs. A place to stretch and grow into your gifts so you can be who you really are. It is a dance of becoming, a dance of transformation. It is possible and it is most sacred and beautiful to behold.
“At the conclusion of nature’s cycles is when [light and dark, yin and yang, sun and moon are one] a woman is united to her True Self. She has honestly lived and learned from each season. Through the ripening of her inner wisdom, she is truly ready to give birth to her new life.”

Woman-Becoming: Month by Month
"Being part of a Circle has been everything to me as these women are such a blessing. We share life's excitement, sorrows, challenges, adventures and everything in between; coming to our Circle each month from our various life-paths and simply being with one another has been a beautiful experience. It's incredible to reflect upon what we've all been capable of teaching one another over the moons. I'm truly blown away, and I look forward to a lifelong connection with these women as we continue life's adventures together!"
Taking part in this program has changed my life in ways I never could have imagined. By dedicating myself to attending women's circles once a month, I was gifting myself with the time to explore my own heart, to heal, and to grow. As a result, I now move through the world more confidently, more grounded, and with less anxiety. Engaging in this self reflective work in the presence of a group of supportive women in circle has improved my personal and professional relationships outside of the circle. What I cherish most are the deep friendships I have made. In a society where women are so often pitted against each other, judged harshly, and expected to be perfect, I am so grateful to have found a place devoid of any of that expectation. This is not self-help; this is transformation.
"These circles have ignited a spark in my heart, they help me get clear about who I am and my purpose. They have helped me let go and find more peace."
"I laugh so much in these circles it makes me feel like a kid again!"
"I am drawn to the genuineness of these healing circles. They provide me with so much warmth and meaning."
"It is hard to convey in words the power of what happens in the circle through seemingly simple practices. For me, it was a deeply embodied spiritual experience, a simultaneous blossoming from the inside out. All nurtured and nourished by the circle and loving presence of women."
