Like our classes, all of our workshops and events take place in a judgment-free zone. You are encouraged to show up “as you are” and know that you will be held in a safe and comfortable space by your facilitator and fellow participants.

Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation

6-week ONLINE workshop

 Learn how to manage stress, become more resilient, sharpen your awareness and truly live in each moment by developing a practice of mindfulness and meditation.


This six-week series will build on each session, teaching you about the attitudes of mindfulness and introducing you to a variety of meditation styles, including guided breath, box breath, soft-gaze, sound meditation, body scan, walking meditation, mantras, guided imagery, affirmations, and more. 

Sessions will occur for an hour and 15 minutes on Mondays from 5:45 to 7 p.m. on April 6, 13, 20, 27 and May 4 and 11.

This series is taught by Christine Coolick.


Yoga Basics Beginner's Workshop



New to yoga or want a tune up on the basics? This workshop is a great place to start. This two-hour workshop breaks down the more commonly practiced poses and sequences found in most yoga classes. We will walk through basic alignment step-by-step and then explore how your body feels supported in each of the poses. We will move our bodies with curiosity and respect in a supportive and inclusive environment and explore the importance of breathing and how it supports your practice. All ages, shapes and sizes are welcome. Leave this workshop with tools to feel comfortable and confident when participating in a yoga class.
