Looking for a simple, effective way to manage stress and anxiety and live more fully in each moment?


In this 6-week online series, you will receive instruction on how to approach life in a centered, connected and peaceful way. Developing a basic mediation practice and an attitude of mindfulness can help manage stress, increase resilience, sharpen your awareness and connect more fully to each moment.


This six-part online series will build on each session, teaching you about the attitudes of mindfulness and introducing you to a variety of meditation styles, including guided breath, box breath, soft-gaze, sound meditation, body scan, walking meditation, mantras, guided imagery, affirmations, and more. 

Meditation & Mindfulness Instruction for Groups, Organizations and Businesses

Circle of Renewal instructors are pleased to work with groups, organizations and businesses to offer special workshops or ongoing courses on meditation and mindfulness instruction. We offer customized programs for one-time events, or three, six or eight-week sessions and we can work with kids, teens and adults.
