Thank you for being a part of the Circle of Renewal community! Below are some policies and frequently asked questions to help you have an amazing experience with us. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All Are Welcome!
Our most important policy is that everyone is welcome at Circle of Renewal! We strive to be a space where everyone feels welcome, safe and supported at all of our classes and events. Please know that you can show up "as you are" at Circle of Renewal. All bodies and abilities are welcome. We also ask that you treat your fellow classmates with kindness and respect.
All individuals attending one of our classes or events are required to sign an online waiver prior to attending class. New customers will be prompted to sign the waiver once they register for their first class via our online scheduling software, Wellness Living. Guardians should create online accounts and fill out waivers for minors (see our policy on children below).
Booking a class online prior to attending class is not required, but is highly encouraged. Our studio is a small, intimate space that holds a maximum of 25 attendees for most classes and events, so booking in advance online will guarantee you a spot, as well as make the check-in process go more quickly once you arrive.
Multi-Class and Unlimited Class Passes
We offer multi-class passes to allow you to save per class. And, yes, multi-class passes (5-class, 10-class, 20-class and 30-class passes) can be shared between family and friends! Unlimited class passes (monthly, three-monthly and yearly) can be used only by one individual.
Children Attending Classes
We welcome children at many of our classes! We ask that guardians create a client profile via our booking software, Wellness Living, for their child and sign the waiver in advance of attending their first class. Children ages 14 and up are welcome at all of our classes as long as they have a waiver on file signed by their guardian. We ask that children ages 11-13 and their guardian discuss their attendance to specific classes with the instructor to ensure a good fit. Our classes labeled "All-Ages" are open to children of any age who are able to complete a one-hour vinyasa class.
If you need to cancel a reservation you have booked, we ask that you do so at least one hour before the class or event, so that we may share the slot with another student. Cancellations made within one hour of the class or event will not be refunded.
Discounts for Seniors, Students and Members of Military
We offer reduced class passes to seniors ages 65+, K-12 and college students, and active and retired members of the military. These can be purchased in advance online. We ask that you show your ID to the instructor when you attend to confirm your pass purchase.
